Long and multi-page forms often go unfinished. With the PRO key, visitors can stop and come back without losing their answers.
Turn it on
In the form’s Delivery tab, under Save and continue later, tick Let visitors finish the form later and click Save.
What the visitor gets
- Answers kept as they type — the answers stay in the visitor’s browser. If they leave and return on the same device, the answers are back.
- A link by email — the form shows a Save and continue later link. The visitor enters an address and gets an email with a link back to their answers, on any device.
Good to know
- A link works for 30 days.
- Files are not saved: the visitor chooses them again.
- A saved form is not a submission. It does not appear in your records and sends no notifications until the visitor actually sends the form.
- Once the form is sent, its saved answers are removed.
- One visitor can request up to 10 links an hour per form.
- The link is sent as an email from your site, so email delivery has to work.
