For example, show Delivery address only if Delivery method is Courier.
The comparisons are:
| Comparison | The rule holds when |
|---|---|
| is | the answer is exactly this value |
| is not | the answer is anything else |
| contains | the answer has this text in it |
| is empty | there is no answer |
| is not empty | there is an answer |
An unticked agreement counts as empty.
With more than one rule, choose how they combine:
A hidden field is not required and is not stored, and the server applies the same rules as the browser. If a visitor answers a question and then changes their mind so that it hides again, that answer is not sent.
Conditions can also depend on a Calculation field in PRO, for example a question that appears for orders over a certain total.
Pages are at the top of the canvas in the Builder tab.
Visitors see one page at a time, with Back and Next, and Submit on the last page. Going back keeps what was already entered. Required fields are checked when the form is sent, on the last page, and the form lists any that are missing.
To remove a page, select it and use Delete page. If it still has fields, they move to another page; the builder tells you which.
The Event RSVP preset is a ready-made two-page example.
